I pop on from time to time

Hello from USA......I was just browsing, actually looking for someone using this profile(layout) to see how they made it work on myspace, I tried posting it to my profile but got a bunch of mummble jumble a lot of html script .......I am using mac is this compatible with safari/mac?also how to insert personal pic .....I am a lot confused, so if you have any quick tips I would really appreciate it.....sorry for the intrusion and have a good day!
